- Initial appointment: One-year fixed-term contract
- Opportunity: Absorption into permanent cadre based on satisfactory performance
Requirements
Direct Entry First Officers with Type Endorsements A320 or A330
- Current ATPL recognized by CAASL with IR
- Current Type Rating A320 or A330
- Flying Experience: A minimum total of 2000 hours on aircraft with a Maximum Takeoff Weight (MTOW) exceeding 50,000 kilograms (e.g., jet aircraft such as the A320 or equivalent or higher), with 500 P2 hours on type (A320 or A330) or a combination of A320 and A330
- The License and Class 1 Medical must be current and under one Authority
- ICAO ELP Level 4 and above
